Mobile technologies have changed the face of recruiting for both the candidate and recruiter. Candidates can now use their phones, tablets, and other mobile technologies to find job openings. Alternately, recruiters can push job openings out to mobile applications.
Join us for the HR-XML Lightweight Standards Kickoff meeting scheduled for Tuesday, January 10 at 11am Eastern. Participants of this new project will develop lightweight standards for the recruiting space. The goal of the workgroup is to provide a well-documented communications interface that supports job postings, searches, and retrieval of candidate records.
