Corporate memberships are a 12 month membership and begin the day payment is received.
Corporate memberships enable an unlimited number of users within your organization to participate as an HR-XML Member.
Individual memberships begin on January 1 and expire December 31.
An Individual Membership is a personal membership and cannot transfer to an organization or another person.
An SMB is an organization with less than 250 employees and with less than $50 million USD in annual revenue.
As a condition of participating within HR-XML Consortium workgroups, each Member agrees to license on a royalty-free basis all Necessary Claims and copyrighted materials needed to implement HR-XML Consortium Specifications. These requirements are detailed in the HR-XML Consortium Membership Agreement.
