HR-XML's 2007 May 23-24 in Houston, TX will be co-located
with the International
Association for Human Resource Information Management (IHRIM) 2007 Conference
and Technology Expo (May 20-23).

Recruiting and Staffing. This session will address changes required as a result of the HR-XML 3.0
rearchitecture and examine opportunities for alignment between the "Staffing Exchange Protocol" (SEP) and
"Staffing Industry Data Exchanges Standards" (SIDES).
Compensation. HR-XML's data model has grown to cover a nearly comprehensive range
of interactions and topics. Compensation is a strategic area where there are
opportunities to develop new standards.
This session will review a strawmodel specification and examine the
formation of an HR-XML workgroup to support compensation interoperability.
