Open data exchange standards promote smoother assessment system integrations

NORWALK, CT. – January 26, 2012 – The HR-XML Consortium has recertified testing andassessment technologies and services provider Questionmark as conforming to theConsortium’s open data exchange standards.

Conformance to standards can help employers achieve smoother integrations betweenQuestionmark® assessments and core HR systems, ultimately making it faster and easier forHR managers to perform essential tasks such as scheduling assessments or accessing results.By using a standard exchange format based on the industry standard XML, companies can usethe best of breed systems from multiple suppliers and not be "locked in” to a single supplier.
