Use of Specification:
First Advantage's Background Check Web Service implements the HR-XML Consortium's BackgroundCheck and BackgroundReports schemas with no extensions. It supports SOAP, FTP, and non-SOAP HTTP-Post enveloping.

The principle HR-XML design requirement for the First Advantage Background Check Web Service is to provide a standard client interface to facilitate the ordering (BackgroundCheck) and reporting (BackgroundReports) of First Advantage services. First Advantage's Web Service specification enables background check requests to generate from source data from clients' HR systems and from applicant-tracking and similar recruiting systems.
